ok ok, don't faint. if u want to faint... faint after reading this.
i ran for 20 mins! (initially at 2.38 mins, i told joanne i was going to collapse! but i did it!!!)
cycled for 10 mins!
worked my arms for 10 mins!
and did 30 crunches.
