long weekend :)

tmr's a public holiday.. weee..

my nxt msa consists of 4-day/week :) so happy..

it's been a pretty full-on weekend, started off with combined youth svc on friday night - also in honour of ps cameron and renee bennett's farewell.

and on saturday, we planned a steamboat for the juniors.. so me, jebbs and chuen had brunch and did all the grocery shopping. a trolley full of stuffs! haha.. seriously! can feed a whole army. then we came bck to prepare and in between played wii :P i want a nintendo wii too~!!! pls...?? steamboat was good! esp jebb's awesome possum tom yam! i think we all ate until we're quite full with lots of leftovers to spare. too bad i don't have any pictures on me. will wait for rahul to upload them on facebook or something :P after cleaning up, i slept like a baby that night. one of the bestest sleep i've had in awhile.

it happened to be malaysia's election day on saturday too! don't know why but i felt anxious abt it. now that the results are out, i pray that the leaders that God have placed in position will use their platform wisely for the betterment of the nation. prior to that, reading all the news online kinda showed the "ugly" side of politicians calling people names and all that, quite disappointing. actually, anyone who calls people names or bad-mouth others ought to be ashamed of themselves. it only reflects immaturity and desperation. i'm glad that BN won overall. at the same time, also glad the opposition won more seats this time around. that should make the govt less complacent, hopefully. and things will get better :)

and sunday's church day! we happened to have apostle wilson from uganda as our guest speaker. his preaching reminds me of ps ong :) i do miss metro.. also, we had some new ppl today plus a whole convoy fr the village.. God really pushed me beyond what i dreamt or imagined! indeed, no matter where you are, He puts you there for a reason.

and now, we just got bck from kianny's birthday dinner. omigosh, we had the biggest schnitzel ever. it's so huge even the guys struggle to finish one~! but i made sure i had space for desserts though. i had sticky date pudding! yummy!!! 3rd best dessert after tiramisu and banoffee. hehe..

came bck and met up with jiaching, yongling and sheelaine. we watched some really funny videos on youtube and on www.comedycourt.com.my!! laugh non-stop!!

tmr's declared a day-off at home. i shld study. anyway the weather lately has been CRAZY! hot hot hot!!! -_-" every time i'm out in the sun, i can just feel my skin cells mutating. no kidding! be sun smart people!
