*sigh* if this is gonna happen at the end of rotation, i'm gonna have multiple episodes of depression a year! although i know, that i know, that i know (sounds like michael rowan), orthopaedics is not for me, but it doesn't mean i can't enjoy it ey? not the surgery part of course.. that's just way too much! but other than that, the consultants, regs, rmos & interns have been so superbly nice! and of course, i had a good group too! we learnt lots, but slacked lots too! hehe.. the many coffee sessions, i like! (although my wallet probably doesn't agree with that)
some random observations i made abt the orthopod regs:
1) they ALL like checked shirts
2) they are ALL of the same height
3) they ALL like to tease each other
4) they ALL wear Tag Heuer
5) they are ALL good-looking people :)
signs that show i'm still loving surgery:
1) i call physicians Mr. so-and-so (note to self: it's dr.. Dr.. DR.. DR.. not Mr!)
2) i complain when ward rounds get too draggy..
3) i still have the urge to bring home the OT scrubs.
4) i wash my hands like i'm preparing to scrub in.
tmr's plaster day again. yippee!!! or maybe i shld scrub in for surgery..... hmm......
