I LOVE MALAYSIA :) I LOVE GOD MORE!

hee, that's right, i'm HOME!! :) yay! the smell of malaysian/singapore air (though a tad bit polluted *coughs*), still is heavenly ;) hehe.. and the very fact i'm home, is another testament of God's grace and goodness.

did anyone know the use of "pepper spray" is prohibited in Australia?!
*please say no, cos i don't*

if you know me, i always have my pepper spray attached to my bunch of keys (since vista days). likewise here in australia. until today......

0955: unpacks my laptop, handphone and keys into the tray for immigration screening.
0958: collects stuff when an immigration officer (IO) comes tapping on my shoulder.
IO1 -excuse me miss, does that pepper spray belong to you?
me -erm, yes?
IO1 -ok i need you to go and see that lady over there (let's call her IO2)
IO2 -does this pepper spray belong to you?
me -*exasperated* YES!!! it's mine.. (how many times do I have to repeat this?)
IO2 -*motions for the policewoman nearby to come, and the rest of her ISS crew which amounted to about 6-7 people surrounding me* what time's your flight?
me -*uh-oh* what now???? *panic!!!*

1000: IO1 and policewoman writes a whole lot of details in their notebook and ignore me, leaving a VERY worried me standing there, thinking of the 10374658 different possible outcomes that can take place.

1015: finally (after what seems like forever), the policewoman looks up and says, i'll explain to you what's gonna happen next (as she leads me into a room which suspiciously looks like an interrogation room) -_-"

1020: and that bugger actually went through that infamous "i'm now going to ask you a few questions. you have the right to remain silent, but whatever you say can be used as evidence against you in court" speech. can u imagine how terrified i was?!! (this is where i should say, can i call my lawyer? right? right? but NOT when i only have less than 2 hours to board a plane, AND i don't have a lawyer!!!!)

she wanted to issue me a summon, as in to appear in court (and probably even cancelling my flight, so that i don't run off and escape) but as i prayed (and chris and zie were praying with all of their hearts outside as well-they had better!! haha), this other policeman came in. truly God sent! the 2 police officers discussed for a bit,

and @ 1030 the guy finally said, "i don't think she warrants a summon, a caution would be more reasonable" (of course la!!! i'm soooo innocent. i'm not gonna bomb your plane with a pepper spray, that has probably expired anyway. my eyes were actually tearing, i could almost pass off with shrek's puss-in-boots look). *phew, everybody breathes a sigh of relief for me!!*

if it weren't for divine intervention, i think i might be locked up somewhere in adelaide jail, JUST BECAUSE of a pepper spray :( but because God is such a GOOD God, I'm now in the comfort of my home, writing this post, to testify of how He never fails to amaze me!
