because christine lost the poker game.. (gambling is BAD!!although it's just sudoku tiles because villaageverynicehowmuch mates come up with evil dares like these >_<)hahaha.. actually, it wasn't all THAT bad. i had to circle around the shop without buying anything/say anything.. just walk in & out. i was quite sure i had a few stares and the owner might just ban this "weird" lady from eating at his shop in the future :P
so.. SAY NO to gambling, unless it's with the villaageverynicehowmuch mates.. cos.. we get to learn interesting stuffs about other ppl.. like if a certain someone.. is.. ahem.. with someone. hahaha.. go figure :P
since we kinda said "no" to gambling.. (for the mean time) we started a SIMS family.. villaageverynicehowmuch family.. which consists of:

hey// haha.. sorry abt the complication. actually, it's a long story abt how we ended up with that name, but rahul, who loved the borat show kept imitating one of the lines "very nice, how much?" and so it somehow became our little internal joke. haha..

Hong Fat is still open? I googled Hong Fat recently and everything I read indicated it was gone.
They had the best noodles topped with black bean sauce and cucumber (slivered if I remember correctly) but I cannot remember the name of the dish.
Glad to hear an old icon is still there.
